      Description

      Modified odt_to_xhtml.xsl to pass the first text heading (office:document-content/office:body/office:text/text:h[1]) as the Forrest output's HTML <title> & <h1> elements.

      Eventually, this will be changed to grab the OpenDocument 'Title' attribute (/office:document-meta/office:meta/dc:title).
