Description
To add support for new document types, a user can provide a special rule for sitemap.xmap just as was done in the example
that you get with 'forrest seed'.
Nevertheless, when you do this, the URL faq.html will be handled in a different way by Forrest since it applies its own custom processing for it and there are is no rule matching faq.html in the user's sitemap.xmap.
There are two possible solutions:
1. redesign the main/webapp/sitemap.xmap file in the forrest distribution to *not* provide a special rule for faq documents.
2. document the fact that if custom processing of **.xml is provided in the sitemap, that URLs of the form **faq.html will still
be processed in the default way.
