    Description

      UTF-8 encoded jspwiki documents shows garbled output.
      Ie. "á" becomes "?°", and ø becomes "??".
      The same site works as it should using both PowerPC Linux/IBM j2se1.4.2 and x86 Linux/Sun j2se1.5
