[FOR-438] plugin classes don't get copied to WEB-INF/lib

Description

In <yourPluginDir>/build.xml you can set the property java.dir. After that java files in ${java.dir}/src/java get compiled and packed into a jar. When running "forrest webapp" the jar won't get copied to WEB-INF/lib. The classes can not be resolved from the webapp.
