forrest.build.xml: run_custom_jetty does not work

    Description

      In the file forrest.build.xml, the property "custom_jetty_config" is never set. It is set in the targets/webapp.xml, but the according statement in this file is never called during a "forrest run". Therefore, forrest does not recognise a custom jettyconf.xml in the project dir.
