Description

linkmap-to-document creates invalid xml.
to reproduce call linkmap.xmp and validate it.

you will find following problems:

1. a used instead of link. however a is illegal for document 1.2
2. a-elements without (required) href-attribute. This would also be illegal if they where link-elements!
3. ul directly within ul (should have li inbetween)
