[forrestdoc] Improve debugging stuff with log4j or otherwise

    Description

      The forrestdoc code has:
      * custom debug flags to provide Systom.out.print() trace or new Exception().printStackTrace().
      * some printStacktrace() in catch Exception

      I propose to use log4j instead of.
