Description

I was trying to modify XML2PDF example code to load custom xsl but loading crashed on line 

<xsl:import href="http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl-ns/current/fo/profile-docbook.xsl"/>

whit error

[Fatal Error] :-1:-1: Premature end of file.
