Wrong rendering of LATIN SMALL LETTER J WITH COMBINING ACUTE ACCENT

    Description

      In the glyph layout process for LATIN SMALL LETTER J WITH COMBINING ACUTE ACCENT
      the letter "j" should be substituted by dotless j and then combined with the accent.
      The substitution is not carried out.
      For font Noto Sans Regular
      Result with FOP:

      The same error occurs with font Noto Sans Mono Regular.
