[FOP-3013] SVG text not generated for certain fonts when using subset embedding

Description

When attempting to use svg text elements with certains fonts which are configured in the xconf file with a embedding-mode of `subset`, the text is not generated in a generated pdf.

 

This however does not impact all nimbus fonts. And using the font in a block tag works as well.

 

I am not sure as to the cause of this issue and whether this should be posted on the Batik project instead.

 

Problematic otf fonts identified:

• NimbusSans
• NimbusRoman

 

Replicated on:

• Fedora 34 - fop 2.6 & 2.4
• Ubuntu 20.04 - fop 2.6

 

Replication steps:

• Use fo file and xconf file to generate pdf
