Description

Define the core interfaces and classes for the NG master.

Let's call the following core master components:

• FlumeMaster component pojo.
• Data path configuration APIs (or stubs) (e.g. create node, delete node, map, unmap)
• Configuration storage layer APIs (i.e. connectivity to ZK, config serialization / deserialization, etc.)
