Description

During a the transition from 0.9.3 to 0.9.4, some new xml configuration values were added. These defaulted to null values which causes a failure if the old configuration files are used. In FLUME-718, it was suggested that the right approach is to include all the default flume-conf.xml in the jar file, and only have the user do modifications in a flume-site.xml file.
