Description

The Apache Kudu project has had a few Flume sinks for some time in it's own repository. They were developed in the Kudu repository primarily because we didn't have the testing utilities to be able to build them outside of the project. Now that those utilities exist, I would like to contribute/move them the the Flume repository.
