LoadBalancingRpcClient, FailoverRpcClient "batch-size" store locally

    Description

      The batch size parameter is only passed to the delegate NettyAvroRpcClient not soterd locally. So the getBatchSize() will return the default value.
      Does not cause any problem, but could be misleading.
