Update Kite DatasetSink with changes in Kite 0.18.0

    Description

      As a follow-up to FLUME-2591, we should make the following changes after Kite 0.18.0 comes out:

      1. Add a CsvParser
      2. Add a JsonParser
      3. Handle DatasetRecordException
      4. Check that DatasetWriters implement Flushable/Syncable when choosing to flush/sync
