Description
Currently, users have to start two different Jetty web servers if they are using the web frontend and the web job client.
Adding the web-based job client to the JobManager webinterface will not degrade the performance of that interface. Its basically registering a few more Servlets to the web frontend.
I would suggest to add a configuration flag to control whether the user wants to have the web job client enabled or not. By default, I would disable it.
