Description

On  https://ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-docs-release-1.4/start/dependencies.html under the section Hadoop Dependencies there is a link to "Hadoop Setup Guide" which links to https://ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-docs-release-1.4/ops/deployment/hadoop.html, which in turn does not exist
