Efficiently handle read-only and non array ByteBuffers in DataInputDeserializer

    Description

      Currently read-only and non array based buffers are handled inefficiently by DataInputSerializer, since they require additional data copy to an internal array. This could be replaced by using a ByteBuffer as a data source instead of byte[].
