Description

I wish to check connection to remote host before execution a program when starting flink-shell

For example, right after bin/start-scala-shell.sh remote <hostname> 35007
it checks connection and will not start if it has errors

Actualy I would like to change welcome pic to just "welcome to flink" like in ignite, spring or spark
