Scheduled metrics are executed using "scheduleWithFixedDelay" which introduces time drift. See http://stackoverflow.com/questions/24649842/scheduleatfixedrate-vs-schedulewithfixeddelay for details.

Expected:

• switch to "scheduleatfixedrate"
