    Description

      Currently, JobMaster monitors the ExecutionGraph's job status and execution state through Akka. Since the dependencies on Akka should be removed in the refactoring, JobMaster will utilize JobStatusListener and ExecutionStateListener to receive the notifications from ExecutionGraph.
