Description

The global clustering coefficient measures the ratio of triplets in a graph which are closed (form a triangle). Scores range from 0.0 (no triangles) to 1.0 (complete graph).

As part of this ticket the inefficient `GSATriangleCount` will be removed and a new analytic will be added.
