Description

AFAICT it's not possible to use token delegation with the Presto filesystem.
The token delegation relies on the DynamicTemporaryAWSCredentialsProvider, but it doesn't have a constructor that presto required (ruling out presto.s3.credentials-provider), and other providers can't be used due to FLINK-13602.
