Description

FLINK-33253 shows that test_pyflink.sh fails in GHA because it doesn't find zip. We should add this as a dependency in the e2e test.

/root/flink/flink-end-to-end-tests/test-scripts/test_pyflink.sh: line 107: zip: command not found
