Description

The operator should set a sizeLimit on any emptyDir's it creates. See https://main.kyverno.io/policies/other/a/add-emptydir-sizelimit/add-emptydir-sizelimit/. 

This issue is to set a sizeLimit. The default one in question is for artifacts. My initial guess at a setting would be around 512Mb
