Description

We need to establish the reusable parts of the python infrastructure as part of the shared connector utils such that it can be easily reused. Ideally we would create a github workflow similar to https://github.com/apache/flink-connector-shared-utils/blob/ci_utils/.github/workflows/ci.yml.
