Description

There are 4 options which are excluded from the all jobmanager/taskmanager options section in the configuration document:

1. taskmanager.bind-host
2. taskmanager.rpc.bind-port
3. jobmanager.bind-host
4. jobmanager.rpc.bind-port

We should add them to the document under the all  jobmanager/taskmanager options section for completeness.
