[FLINK-32982] Not to suggest to swap flink-table-planner lib for using Hive dialect

Description

After FLINK-26603, FLINK-31575, to use hive dialect, we then won't need to swap the flink-table-planner jar in FLINK_HOME/opt with flink-table-planner-loader in FLINK_HOME/lib.

And it has been verified in FLINK-32799, so we need to remove the suggestion of swapping planner jar in code base & doc.
