Description

Filesystem connector always output 'PartitionCommitInfo' message even when there is no partition in the sink table, which will cause exception `java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: Generic types have been disabled in the ExecutionConfig and type java.util.List is treated as a generic type.` when `pipeline.generic-types` is false
