Description

We experience build failures due to the openssl download URL causing a 404:

It is indeed due to the URL having changed slightly:

• old:   http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/o/openssl1.0/libssl1.0.0_1.0.2n-1ubuntu5.11_amd64.deb
• new: http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/o/openssl1.0/libssl1.0.0_1.0.2n-1ubuntu5.12_amd64.deb
