[FLINK-31947] Enable stdout redirect in flink-console.sh

Description

flink-console.sh is used by Flink Kubenates bins to start containers. But there is no stdout redirect as flink-dameon.sh. It will cause the program that when user want to access stdout from web ui, no file is found.
