Description

The number of TaskManager slots is currently only configurable by explicitly setting taskmanager.numberOfTaskSlots. Make this configurable by a ratio of the number of available processors (for example, "2", for hyperthreading). This can work in the same way as taskmanager.memory.size and taskmanager.memory.fraction.
