Description

Reproduce steps:
1) start a standalone cluster: ./bin/start_cluster.sh
2) submit a PyFlink job which contains Python UDFs
3) stop the cluster: ./bin/stop_cluster.sh
4) Check if Python process still exists: ps aux | grep -i beam_boot
