Description

Current documentation of kafka per-partition watermark is still described with deprecated kafka souce https://nightlies.apache.org/flink/flink-docs-release-1.16/docs/dev/datastream/event-time/generating_watermarks/#watermark-strategies-and-the-kafka-connector . It's better to update the doc with FLIP-27 source.
