Release Note

Adaptive batch scheduler are now used for batch jobs by default. It will automatically decide the parallelism of operators. The keys and values of related configuration items are improved for easy of use. Description

To further use the adaptive batch scheduler to improve flink's batch capability, in this FLIP we aim to make the adaptive batch scheduler as the default batch scheduler and optimize the current adaptive batch scheduler configuration.
