Description

The Flink 1.16 release notes don't mention that system resources reporting now requires a newer version of oshi-core. The required dependency is listed at https://nightlies.apache.org/flink/flink-docs-release-1.16/docs/ops/metrics/#system-resources but it's a newer version compared to https://nightlies.apache.org/flink/flink-docs-release-1.15/docs/ops/metrics/#system-resources
