 flink_service.bat }}{}> {{flink_inner.bat }}{}> {{start-cluster.sh }}{}>{{{}config.sh
The config.sh which is under the D:\xxxxx\flink-1.14.4\bin (Flink’s directory)
has ** runBashJavaUtilsCmd() --> the current derived value of class_path after mangling the Path is
D;C:\xxxxx\flink-1.14.4\bin\bash-java-utils.jar;D:\xxxxx\flink-1.14.4\lib\flink-dist_2.12-1.14.4.jar

Here, runBashJavaUtilsCmd() internally sets class_path by calling a function called manglePathList
manglePathList is causing this behavior where
:\xxxxx\flink-1.13.5/bin/bash-java-utils.jar is getting converted to C:\xxxxx\flink-1.14.4\bin\bash-java-utils.jar
