Description

This is the umbrella issue for the feature of unaligned checkpoints. Refer to the FLIP-227  for more details.

Sub-Tasks

• Add the overdraft buffer in BufferPool to reduce unaligned checkpoint being blocked: Closed
• Ignore max buffers per channel when allocate buffer: Closed
• LegacySource compatible with overdraft buffer: Closed
