Description

Respect CheckpointType.SharingFilesStrategy#NO_SHARING flag in RocksIncrementalSnapshotStrategy. We also need to make sure that RocksDBIncrementalSnapshotStrategy is creating self contained/relocatable snapshots (using CheckpointedStateScope#EXCLUSIVE for native savepoints)
