Description

The test pyflink/datastream/tests/test_data_stream.py fails on AZP with

##[error]Exit code 137 returned from process: file name '/bin/docker', arguments 'exec -i -u 1004 c51e2746884724c100e2ea1ff39c2552ed90ad0edaf87b3c460f70c7780efd0c /__a/externals/node/bin/node /__w/_temp/containerHandlerInvoker.js'.
