[FLINK-23710] Move sink to org.apache.kafka.conntor.kafka.sink package

Description

The FLIP-27 source for kafka is already placed under org.apache.kafka.conntor.kafka.source. We should also relocate the FLIP-143 to keep it consistent and ease the deprecation of the old connector
