https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-20042 added e2e tests for the Kinesis Table API. This was only done for versions >=1.13 however.

We need to port these tests to the release-1.12 branch as version 1.12 supports the same functionality that needs the same (or a similar) test.
