Description

Flink chinese docs: [基于 DataStream API 实现欺诈测|https://ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-docs-release-1.13/zh/docs/try-flink/datastream/(https://ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-docs-release-1.13/zh/docs/try-flink/datastream/)]] picture `fraud-transactions.svg` can't display becase the link is incorrect.

Reason: the src should be a http link not a path.
