For example, I am here: https://ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-docs-release-1.13/docs/dev/datastream/operators/overview/#rescaling, if you click between the Java/Scala/Python code example tab, the page will scroll up and down to a totally different section. This makes it very hard to read for users.
