Hello,

I'm an engineer at Google working on Pub/Sub Lite. Pub/Sub Lite is zonal partition based messaging service which is meant to be a cheaper alternative to Cloud Pub/Sub.

We're interesting in writing a Flink connector so that users can read/write to Pub/Sub Lite in flink pipelines. I'm wondering if we can contribute this connector to the flink repo. Perhaps somewhere near https://github.com/apache/flink/tree/master/flink-connectors/flink-connector-gcp-pubsub.
