Support retrieving slot details via rest api

    Description

      It would be helpful to allow retrieving detail information of slots via rest api.

      • JobID that the slot is assigned to
      • Slot resources (for dynamic slot allocation)

      Such information should be displayed on webui, once fine-grained resource management is enabled in future.
