[FLINK-21639] docs still state that AsyncWaitOperator is not chainable

Description

The documentation for asyncio wasn't updated after FLINK-16219 resolved the issue first reported in FLINK-13063. The last paragraph of dev/stream/operators/asyncio.html can be dropped now.

Perhaps we should mention, however, that chaining is still not allowed with `SourceFunction`/`SourceStreamTask`.
