    Description

      Ensure that all comparable types can be compared.

      e.g. revisit `org.apache.flink.table.planner.codegen.GenerateUtils#generateCompare` and `org.apache.flink.table.runtime.typeutils.TypeCheckUtils#isComparable`

      The RAW type is still compared by assuming the legacy raw type.
