Description

FLINK-16742 states that the legacy JM heap options should fallback to JobManagerOptions.JVM_HEAP_MEMORY in standalone scripts. BashJavaUtils#getJmResourceParams has been implemented to fallback to JobManagerOptions.TOTAL_FLINK_MEMORY. This should be fixed.
