Description

Refactor the documentation about the docker usage with Flink.
It should mostly rely on the official docker image,
The new docker documentation focuses on how to use the official docker image and
extend it to run in different modes to deploy a session or job cluster in various container environments
(plain docker, docker compose, docker swarm and kubernetes).
